A splash of spirit from the Tobermory whisky stills is added to Grain Neutral Spirit to make the base spirit for this gin.
All our botanicals are steeped for a minimum of 24 hours in the base spirit.
The result is a fresh and zesty gin, with a subtle hint of rich, sweet malt from the whisky stills spirit.
