These whiskies are non-chill filtered with no additives or colouring.
Grattansbrook farm grow their Taberna barley on the flat fertile plains of the River Barrow in County Kildare.
Exclusively for the UK market, Waterford’s Grattansbrook 1.1 has been aged for near on 4 years in multiple cask types including first-fill, virgin US and French oak.
Head Distiller’s Observations:
Nose: Aromas of marzipan, white grapes and lemon zest
Taste: Richly textured with a dry, oily finish. Complex toffee, exotic spice and banana with a citrus zest
