Mark Reynier, the man behind the renaissance of Islay’s Bruichladdie, founded the Waterford Irish Single Malt Whisky brand. This is a pioneering whiskey project using only Irish barley, including organic and biodynamic, from unique terroirs. Whisky-makers harvest and distil each crop separately. It is the first organic Irish whisky as certified by the Organic Trust, having met rigorous production regimens and audits.
