Each Single Farm Origin whisky exhibits a unique flavour and profile originating from the terroir of the barley’s cultivation.
Taking inspiration from the legendary Chateaux of France, this whisky layers these unique flavours and whiskies together. This creates the definitive Waterford Whiskey.
The Cuvee meticulously weaves together these distinct flavours and whiskies to create the quintessential Waterford Whisky. The result is a characterful dram, oily in texture and slightly spicy.

Appearance: Gold, sunrise, intense oils.
Taste: Clove sweets, white pepper, oily, grapefruit, lemon zest, dark chocolate, dry toast, cherries, granola bar, dried herbs, aniseed, green olives, marmalade peel.
Nose: Red apples, fresh dry soil, breadcrust, green foliage, digestive biscuits, oranges, barmbrack, over-ripe banana skin, summer flower bed, fresh mint, then coffee cake.
