In 2008, Willett Pot Still Reserve Bourbon debuts in the signature pot still shaped bottle fashioned using the original still blueprints.
This Small Batch Bourbon is a tribute to Thompson Willet, the visionary founder of Willet Distillery in Bardstown.
Nose is “vanilla lemon cake.” The palate is a balance of caramel, vanilla, spices and citrus. I’m not sure if they made the opulent bottle to match the Whiskey or vice versa.
