Babicka is made with Moravian grain in the Czech Republic and infused with dried wormwood blossom. Legend has it that Czech witches or wise women known as “babickas” would regularly use wormwood in folk remedies and that some of their potions can be considered the first vodka recipes. Expect a smooth, silky, vodka with aromas of citrus and wormwood and a creamy, vanilla rich finish.
