As founding father of the bourbon industry, Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr. left an indelible legacy.
His dedication to distilling began at the close of the Civil War when he purchased O.F C. Distillery. There, he developed innovative techniques that are still in use today.
Made by hand, this Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey has been aged inside century old warehouses constructed by EH Taylor, Jr.
Whiskey-makers evaluate and select barrels to create a perfect blend of distinctive character that is like no other.
This bourbon is crafted from a blend of carefully selected barrels, typically aged around seven years, and bottled at 100 proof, adhering to the Bottled-in-Bond Act standards imposed generations ago.

Producer’s Tasting Notes
Nose:Â Rich cereal notes with soft whipped toffee and hints of sweet fruits, shortbread and butterscotch richness.
Palate: Very rich with some soft spices and sweet vanilla toffee, rich notes of candied orange, rolled tobacco leaves and almonds, smooth lingering caramel and then sweet spices on the finish.
Finish: Medium and very rich with creamy vanilla.
