The Glenturret Triple Wood 2023 Release is a sweet and spicy yet soft whisky that builds on the distinctive fruity flavours of Glenturret’s new make spirit. It matured in American and European oak sherry seasoned casks alongside Bourbon barrels.
The three different cask styles all thoughtfully combine here to create a whisky with an alluring golden colour and a delightful subtle character.
The Glenturret Distillery has long stood proud at the heart of Scotch Whisky country since 1763, having been visited down through the centuries by writers and poets, including Robert Burns, feted by Prime Ministers, Princes, and home to a long honour roll of skilled and dedicated distillers.
Today they produce a small amount of peated spirit alongside its non-peated spirit from the same small stills. This particular expression is bottled at 43% ABV.

Soft and balanced on the nose. Toffee apple, citrus and freshly cut oak first appear. Gentle wood spices. Ginger with vanilla then leads to a light, soft, fruity finale, including cinnamon, nutmeg and ice cream throughout the palate.
