Regal Rogue Bold Red Vermouth is a dry, spicy and elegant red vermouth, made in Australia and sure to shine in cocktails.
The heart of Regal Rogue is in their proudly Australian provenance. Production centres the marriage of 100% organic Australian wine and Aboriginal herbs and spices. They’re deemed to be some of the oldest foods in the world and are sourced directly from Aboriginal farmers.
Working with the celebrated winemaker Justin Jarrett, they select grapes from his organic vineyard to showcase across their range with the complimenting native herbs and spices. This then creates a fresh, natural range of wine Aperitifs.
These “fearlessly handcrafted” drinks make excellent tools in a bartender’s toolkit.
Regal Rogue Bold Red is one of the world’s first dry Red vermouths, led by aromatic spice and rich dried fruit. It marries a deep, rich naturally spiced Organic Shiraz with Organic un-oaked Chardonnay and native pepper berry, wattle seed and native thyme. Following this comes cinnamon, clove, star anise, nutmeg, ginger, bitter orange, dried fig and dried cherry.
It also contains 64% less sugar than the market standard.
