The new Ginepraio Organic Mediterranean Dry Gin is a unique product, created in collaboration with the “Ultimate Nose” Benedetta Tecchio and her husband Claudio Gaiaschi of Podere Santa Bianca.
The history of gin has a strong bond with Tuscany because British Master Gin Distillers have always selected the Tuscan Juniper, considered to be of the highest quality.
The name ‘Ginepraio’ means a cluster of juniper bushes and the gins feature juniper from different regions of Tuscany, but it can also refer to something complicated. The complex uniqueness of Tuscan junipers mixed with the oils extracted from the plants typical of the Mediterranean basin, create a gin that best interprets the contemporary style of distillates, embracing the world of perfume essences.
Enjoy Ginepraio Organic Mediterranean Dry Gin with your favourite tonic and a slice of lemon. It’s also excellent in a gin-forward cocktail like a martini or negroni.
Mediterranean in all senses, this gin is a range of exciting aromas and flavours, from green mandarin to bitter orange, from oregano to lentisk and wild carrot, with an excellent mineral finish that makes it a perfect gin for mixology. A finish of coriander seeds and lingering orange and lemon citrus.
