Pommery is the first Champagne house to launch its English sparkling; Louis Pommery Brut England.
Their winemaker, Clément Pierlot, has applied the same traditional method he uses in Champagne, but this time in Hampshire.
It is created using the two renowned Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The Pinot Noir is predominant throughout with the Chardonnay grapes adding a lightness and finesse to the wine.
The Louis Pommery Brut England is pale yellow in colour, with fresh aromas of citrus, pear and ripe peach. This follows through to the palate.
