Nyetimber Classic Rosé is a delightful English sparkling wine, refreshing, bright, and delicately pink in colour. It offers aromas of British summer fruits and shortbread.
The Nyetimber wine estate, situated in Sussex in the rural heart of the South of England, uses only the finest estate-grown fruit to craft their award-winning English sparkling wines. Created using the traditional method of sparkling wine production, their meticulously crafted wines combine science and artistry – all in the pursuit of perfection.
This rosé brut contains a classic champagne-style blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, all grown on the Nyetimber estate. It his is one of the driest wines in the Nyetimber range.
Its distinctive red fruit flavour lends itself to weightier dishes, making it the perfect year-round wine. Enjoy Nyetimber Classic Rosé with salmon fillets, brown crab or veal carpaccio.
Producer’s Tasting Notes
Colour: Vibrant antique red rose colour, hint of copper tones, lovely tiny bubbles.
Nose: Red mango, honey, hints of star anise, cardamom and alyssum. Intriguingly spicy notes.
Palate: Red liquorice, red cherry and currant flavours. High intensity, with lovely round and full but soft texture. Delicate creaminess.
Finish: Very long and full with redcurrant and hints of shortcrust pastry.
