Aba Pisco is produced using artisan methods, by the Aguirre family in the Elqui Valley, deep in the heart of the Chilean Andes.
Crafted in copper pot stills from the fermented juice of Muscat grapes, this is a traditional Chilean grape brandy. Following double distillation, the spirit is charcoal filtered for smoothness and clarity.
This is a clear, crisp Pisco, aromatic on the nose with citrus and ripe grapes on the palate, and a smooth, long finish. Delightfully sweet and soft on the palate.
Aba Pisco makes a perfect Pisco Sour. It can also take the place of white rum in cocktails like Daiquiris for a delicious South American twist.
