Adriatico Amaretto is a handcrafted Italian liqueur inspired by traditional recipes from the Adriatic coast. It’s made only in the Italian region of Apulia, paying tribute to the region’s rich liqueur heritage but also reinventing this classic beverage.
Roasted almonds from Puglia give it a rich, nutty flavour with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and a hint of sea salt, adding a distinctive twist.
Master producers use high-quality, natural ingredients to craft Adriatico Amaretto, ensuring a smooth and authentic taste. Using only natural products brings a much more floral touch which will delight lovers of this rediscovered liqueur. Cane sugar features to a lesser extent than in a traditional amaretto, meaning the nutty flavour really shines through. It is also fully vegan.
Perfect for sipping neat, over ice, or as an ingredient in classic cocktails like an Amaretto Sour. It also shines in desserts such as tiramisu. This liqueur captures the essence of Italian craftsmanship and culinary heritage.
Tasting Notes
Rich with caramel, sweet almond, cherry, cinder toffee, and a very subtle hint of toasted nut sweetness. Its silky texture coats the palate with sweet notes that linger in a well balanced, intense, and rich finish. Bottled at 28% ABV.
