Baron de Sigognac 10 Year Old is a beautifully crafted Bas-Armagnac with a delicately floral and spicy palate.
This brandy from Baron de Sigognac was aged for a minimum of 10 years. Producers selected it from the 50-60 casks the company produces a year from its small still.
The nose shows candied orange, vanilla and cinnamon. The palate shows some floral characteristics as well as baking spice, toasted almonds and vanilla.
Enjoy Baron de Sigognac neat and slightly warmed in a balloon glass. The traditional way to drink it involves heating it gently in the glass over an open flame to bring out the spirit’s complex flavour profile.
