Breitenbach Aszú 6 Puttonyos

The Breitenbach family’s winery, founded in 2006, is an artisanal winery whose philosophy is for natural grape growing and winemaking. They are currently farming on an area of 6 hectares.

Their speciality is Dry Szamorodni, and they cultivate Furmint and other native Hungarian varieties exclusively in first and second-division historical areas, hand-picking all grapes from their 45 to 90-year-old vines.

Tokaji Aszú 6 Puttonyos is only made in exceptional vintages, from 1st Class Growths vineyards.

Tasting Notes

It example displays a dense, exotic and spicy aroma, with an intense and rich palate of honey, apricot, peach and nectarine. It has great balancing acidity and structure.
