Established originally as a wine house in 1836, Maison Edmond Briottet underwent a significant evolution in the 1900s.
Responding to the increasing demand for Kir, Edmond Briottet strategically shifted the company’s focus from wine production to the art of crafting Crème de Cassis.
Successive generations of Briottets have continued the legacy, expanding the range of liqueurs to include around sixty new references.
Briottet’s Green Peppermint Liqueur is produced by distilling mint leaves, mainly peppermint leaves, and then by adding some fine sugar.
It is pure, well-balanced and very refreshing. It gives off a wonderful scent.
