Cà dei Maghi Valpolicella Classico is a delightfully bright and pure red wine with hints of raspberry, marzipan and spice.
Cà dei Maghi is a small farm in the hills of Valpolicella making very small quantities of the most exquisite wines. Each year, Paolo Creazzi, the winemaker, aims to showcase the best of classical Valpolicella, while also indulging his passion for experimentation through a select range of IGT wines. Cà dei Maghi aims to become one of the esteemed names in Veneto winemaking.
The grapes used in the production of this Valpolicella Classico are harvested by hand in the second week of October. This wine is a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara, and is produced using the ripasso method of drying grapes.
Fermentation and ageing then take place in steel tanks.

Brilliant ruby colour. An intense flavour with hints of marasca cherry, raspberry and small wild strawberry. Harmonious, fresh, sapid and dry in the mouth, then with a typical aftertaste of cherry. Deep and full on the palate with an impressive weight.
This young, fresh wine can pair many dishes, including charcuterie, soft cheese, antipasti and white meat.
