The rum is distilled in Barbados, facing the sea at the Stade’s West Indies rum distillery. Then, the producers carefully infuse it with vanilla, natural spices, dried fruits and a touch of ginger.
This gives Canerock a rich and distinctive character with intense notes of coconut, sweet spices and subtle oak tannins.
