Cenote Blanco Tequila is a beautifully bright and smooth tequila inspired by the beauty of Mexico’s Yucatan peninsula.
Cenote is distilled using a blend of copper and stainless steel pot stills. This preserves the natural flavour of the resulting spirit.
Master Distiller Arturo Fuentes takes a distinctive, global approach to ageing Cenote Tequila. Naturally filtered volcano water blends with fully mature Blue Weber agave to make a truly complex tequila. The water goes through reverse osmosis and carbon filters with silver ions to eliminate any chance of impurities when making Cenote Tequila. Distillation takes place in a combination of copper and stainless steel pot stills to preserve the liquid’s natural flavour.
The use of American oak barrels across the range allows the agave flavours to stand out, while harmonising the complex tastes of the Yucatán region and mellowing the overall flavour profile.

Bright in colour with citrus and pepper on the nose. A continuous flavour of rich, cooked agave, spice, subtle wood and herbs are a result of mellowing the spirit in American oak casks for three weeks. Wonderful long finish.
