There are times in life when only a cold glass of Chablis will do. There is a particular blend of citrus fruits, and wet slate aromas and characteristics as well as a particular balance of body and acidity on the palate that makes these wines elegant, fresh, and distinctive. This is a Domaine-bottled Chablis from Albert Bichot made from fruit picked across their estate holdings (which include two Grand Crus and several Premier Crus) and contracted growers in the region. It is an archetype of a timeless and justly famous white wine.
