The production process begins with whole raspberries, blackberries and blackcurrants. French spirits are used to steep the ingredients to draw out their rich flavours. After a slow infusion, the fruit gently releases its natural juices through pressing. Experts then blend this essence with Madagascan vanilla, Moroccan citrus peel, honey, and XO Cognac.The final infusion creates Chambord’s signature depth and smoothness.
