This tiny Domaine, covering only 10 hectares, is truly an artisanal producer where everything is done by hand.
The grapes are hand harvested over multiple ‘tries’ and fermented in stainless steel to preserve the fruit profile. The wines are then aged partly in barrel to add complexity and partly in tank.
This wine displays complex aromas and flavours of dried mango, marmalade and quince alongside perfectly balancing acidity. Drinking beautifully now and will evolve as the years pass.
