This is a companion to Colonel Fox’s London Dry Gin – which is used as a base for this classic English liqueur. It is made by macerating fresh slow berries in gin and adding cane sugar to lift the flavours and balance the resulting mixture. The label was designed by Charlotte Cory and shows Colonel Fox’s longtime friend and associate the eponymous Gentleman Badger. It is not known how the latter enjoyed his drink – but we submit that it’s quality speaks for itself (and Gentleman Badger’s impeccable taste).
