Gin À La Madame is an unexpected experience. Although fresh and surprisingly intense at first, its floral and herbal aromas gradually soften its strength.
A blend of herbs and spices such as juniper, lemon, orange, tansy, zedoaria and cassia gives life to a distillate of surprising freshness and intensity. Its juicy sweetness lends it a character similar to an Old Tom, with lots of orange and spearmint at the end of the palate.
