Domaine de la Madone Pérréon Power Pét’Nat 2024 is a delicious French sparkling wine made using an ancient production method.

Domaine de la Madone is located on the renowned Madone hillside in Fleurie. This hillside is often considered by connoisseurs to be the best terroir in the region. It enjoys exceptional sunshine and its soil consists of pink granite, which is ideal for the Gamay grape variety.

The Despres family have owned the estate for six generations. A privileged location for the quality of the wine as well as for the pleasure of the eyes. A remarkable view of the vineyards and vintages of Beaujolais!

However, this wine is a Madone with a twist: it is crafted from the Gamay grapes grown by both the winemaking families in the Le Pérréon village. 2024 was a particularly small harvest, so to create a delicious wine, the families of Le Pérréon joined forces to make a lively, crunchy Pét’Nat sparkling wine.

Producer’s Tasting Notes

Pale pink in colour, with a complex nose of fresh, jammy red fruit as well as hints of gooseberry and lime. Very rich and complex on the palate, with good persistence. The bubbles are lively and fine.
