Doorly’s Rum has been made on the island of Barbados since 1920, and was the first rum brand ever exported from the island.
This is a cask blend of 14 year old Bourbon and Madeira aged rums, bottled at 48% abv without the addition of any sweetener or flavourings.
The palate displays sweet spices, rich oak and some dark chocolate and marmalade.
The finish is Long and warming, with Madeira, charred oak and cinnamon.
