Enigma Blanche de Fougerolles Absinthe is made from a combination of Grand and Petite wormwood, along with green anise, coriander, hyssop, genepi, camomile, fennel, veronica and angelica.
Master absinthe producers distil it at the Paul Devoille Distillery, located in Fougerolles in North East France. They then bottle the spirit at a full-on 74% ABV. Nevertheless, it is mild in taste and very popular amongst absinthe connoisseurs.

Tasting Notes
Clean herbaceous notes, a touch of mulch and plenty of sweet tones from aniseed and mint combine here.
