Espolòn Reposado Tequila is a fine example of Mexico’s most famous spirit, distilled in the picturesque Highlands of Jalisco.
This 100% blue weber agave tequila reposado starts off life as a blanco.
It is then rested in lightly charred, new American oak casks for between 3 – 5 months in order to create a more complex and well-rounded character.
If you like a spicy caramel fudge aroma with a rich and golden hue this one’s for you. Sip and discover its bold, medium-to-full bodied palate with rich notes of roasted agave. You’ll also experience tropical fruit, vanilla, and warming spices that end with a smooth finish.
The label, featuring bold imagery inspired by Mexican culture, adds to its charm and appeal.
These tequilas are made in Los Altos in the highlands of Jalisco, at a brand founded by Master Tequilero Cirilo Oropeza. He named it Espolòn, Spanish for “spur,” to honour his single-minded commitment to real Tequila and real Mexican craft – to spur on, ever forward, serenaded by the spirits of the past.
Espolòn Reposado Tequila is great for enjoying with friends — neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail — at golden hour. It’s also the unofficial best Tequila for margaritas.

Nose: Spicy with a hint of caramel fudge.
Taste: Bold, round palate, medium to full bodied with a rich roasted agave; sweet tropical fruit, vanilla and brown spices. Then, a long spicy finish.
