FAIR Açai Berry Liqueur is made using açai berries from the Amazon rainforest in Brazil, a superfood rich in antioxidants and fibre.
An açai distillate is first made, before a slow reduction by the addition of fair-trade liquid sugar and demineralised water for a perfect balance.
Style – Clear, purple-red
Nose – Intense ripe blackberry and raspberry jam aromas with a great balance between alcohol and sweetness
Palate – Very smooth with pronounced blueberries aromas
Finish – Lingering violet and floral finish
