Flor de Caña 12 Year Old Centenario is a very special golden rum from one of Central America’s most celebrated producers, boasting honeyed, fruity flavours.
Flor de Caña is produced in Nicaragua and boasts a legacy of over 130 years of craftsmanship.
Nicaragua enjoys the enrichment of the San Cristóbal Volcano, the tallest and most active in the country. The ashes constantly expelled by the volcano fertilise the soils. The water is full of minerals infiltrated into underground reservoirs.
High volcanic temperatures contribute to the evaporation rate of the rum. It also fosters a more intense and dynamic interaction between the barrel and the rum.
Flor de Caña produce naturally aged, sugar-free rums. They are Fair Trade Certified and distilled 100% with renewable energy.
Enjoy Flor de Caña 12 Year Old Centenario neat for sipping, or add to your favourite rum cocktails for an elevated experience. It also shines alongside aged cheeses such as Gouda, Manchego, or a sharp cheddar.
This is a 12-year old premium rum, full in body with a reddish amber colour and aromas of honey and toasted nuts. It has a flavour reminiscent of vanilla and baked apples, then with a long, lingering finish.
