Flor de Caña is produced in Nicaragua and is enriched by the San Cristóbal Volcano, the tallest and most active in the country.
The soils are fertilized by the ashes constantly expelled by the volcano.
The water is enriched by minerals infiltrated into underground reservoirs.
High volcanic temperatures contribute to the evaporation rate of the rum and foster a more intense and dynamic interaction between the barrel and the rum.

This is a 25 year old super premium rum, full in body with a deep amber colour and aromas of honey, wood and dark chocolate. On the palate, it is loaded with notes of fruit and toasted nuts, with a full and long finish.
