Ginepraio Organic Tuscan Dry Gin is a fragrant Tuscan gin bottled at 45% ABV.
Ginepraio utilises alcohol distilled from Tuscan organic wheat and Tuscan organic botanicals. Essential Botanicals of Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root, Sweet Orange Peel, Helichrysum Italicum (a wild plant found on the Tyrrhenian side of Italy and in Sardinia), Lemon Peel and Dog Rose Petals.
Juniper dominates, leading into tart floral notes from the rose hip, a slightly balsamic notes and a lingering citrus finish, as well as coriander seeds.
The history of gin has a strong bond with Tuscany. This is because British Master Gin Distillers have always selected the Tuscan Juniper, considered of high quality.
Ginepraio has a double meaning in Italian: literally it means juniper thicket. However, especially in Tuscany could also mean a mess, a complicated situation.
​Ginepraio’s flagship London Dry Gin was Launched in 2017 by Enzo Brini in partnership with Levante Spirits distillery near Pisa in Tuscany.Â
