Hibiki Harmony Japanese Whisky is a delicate, subtle and floral whisky from Japan’s most iconic distillery.
Hibiki is Suntory’s celebrated blended whisky. Its aim is to offer a lesson in balance. The word hibiki in Japanese can be used to mean a sound, timbre, or echo. However, it is also part of a more specialised whisky vocabulary and used to describe a whisky that has reached a good stage in its development. Hibiki comes in a gorgeous 21-faceted glass decanter bottle and offers an excellent introduction to Japanese whisky as a category.
This is a blend of malt and grain whiskies, which have been matured in sherry casks and Mizunara casks. This gives it a pleasantly lingering aftertaste.
True to its name, Hibiki Harmony Japanese Whisky epitomises the Hibiki brand and Japanese whisky as a whole – Luminous. Delicate. Overall, a transparency that unveils deeper complexity. A wonderful drop.

Producer’s Tasting Notes
Colour: Amber.
Nose: Rose, lychee, hint of rosemary, mature woodiness, and sandalwood.
Palate: Honey-like sweetness, candied orange peel, then white chocolate.
Finish: Subtle, tender long finish, with smooth hints of Mizunara (Japanese oak).
