Producer’s Tasting Notes
Colour: Auburn Polished Mahogany
Nose: Aromas of dried fruits dark chocolate, toffee sweetness, earthy peat smoke with a briny edge notes of cinnamon, tobacco and soft honeycomb sweetness.
Palate: Taste of brown sugar and caramel, dried fruit notes, warming peat smoke, baking spices, dark chocolate and a hint of coffee, light brine and a touch of leather.
Finish: A long, warming finish with a dry oak backbone with lingering honeyed sweetness, light peat smoke and slight spice with a touch of tobacco.
