Ichiro Akuto, one of Japan’s most well-known whisky blenders, creates Ichiro’s Malt & Grain World Blended Whisky.
Ichiro Akuto, owner of the famous Chichibu Distillery in Japan, blends this complex and harmonious whisky.
He combines whiskies from Chichibu with those from America, Canada, Scotland, and Ireland to create a perfectly balanced and expressive whisky.

While Chichibu whisky forms its heart, Ichiro incorporates other styles from around the globe to craft this incredibly elegant dram.

Irish whiskies contribute stone fruit characters, Canadian whiskies add spicy notes, American whiskies bring sweet vanilla, and Scottish whiskies offer malt character.

All these elements blend together with the elegance and harmony typical of Japanese whiskies.

This whisky features notes of malted barley, apples, and subtle cinnamon.

The palate reveals hints of honey and stone fruits with a touch of vanilla, finishing with flavours of pears and a whisper of milk chocolate.
