The grapes used in the production of this sublime wine grow on the gravelly soils of Alta Grave Friuliana.
They are harvested in mid September and are then destemmed and softly pressed, before undergoing a cold maceration.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 12°C – 14°C.
It is greenish yellow in colour, with a mineral and aromatic bouquet, mixed with hints of fruit and a perfume of sage and elderflower. The taste is rich and elegant with a long lasting finish.
