We are regularly impressed with the work of Cathy and Gary Jordan at their estate in Stellenbosch. This wine is one of the reasons why. It combines the ripeness of the great New World Chardonnays with the finesse of some of the finest expressions from Burgundy (Chablis Grand Cru). The wine is made by barrel-fermentation in 92% new Burgundy pieces and aged on fine lees for 13 months. The result is rich, full-bodied, lengthy and intense. Delicious.
