Knob Creek Small Batch Bourbon matures patiently for 9 years in the deeply charred white oak barrels.

This process creates a bold, pre-Prohibition-style bourbon with a robust oak taste, complemented by smooth vanilla notes and then layers of caramel. Proof 100.

Knob Creek’s name comes from the Kentucky region where Abraham Lincoln spent his childhood years. It’s a place of historical significance where it’s rumoured the creek almost took his life during a swimming incident.

Created in 1992 by Booker Noe as a part of the Small Batch Bourbon Collection, the brand was inspired by the Bottled-in-Bond Act to represent the high quality and full flavour of pre-Prohibition-style whiskey. They honour that enduring dedication to quality. They proudly uphold the values that make a whiskey worthy of the name – patiently aged and full-proof to bring out full flavour.

Enjoy Knob Creek Small Batch neat. It also shines in classic bourbon cocktails like an Old Fashioned.
