Producer’s Tasting Notes
Nose: Aromas of ripe tropical fruits, toasted oak and subtle vanilla, layered with rich raisin, dried fig and subtle sweet spice from Oloroso and PX sherry casks. Hints of floral cane and a touch of nutty sweetness.
Palate and finish: Luxuriously smooth and full-bodied. Notes of caramelised banana, honey, dark chocolate unfold into juicy stone fruits, candied orange peel and warming spice. The blend of molasses and and pure cane juice brings both depth and vibrancy in a long, elegant finish with lingering notes of richness.
