The wine is made primarily from Carricante, a native Etnean grape known for precision and longevity. Carricante thrives on volcanic soils, expressing minerality and citrus-driven purity. The winemaking team harvests carefully by hand, ensuring only healthy fruit reaches the cellar. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, preserving freshness and varietal character. Ageing continues briefly on fine lees, adding texture and gentle complexity.
