Mumm’s rare Blanc de Blancs Champagne, Mumm de Cramant, is exclusively crafted from Chardonnay grapes sourced solely from their own vineyards in the Grand Cru village of Cramant in the Côte des Blancs.

This Champagne, harvested from a single vintage, epitomises the essence of its terroir.
The climatic perfection of the Cramant Grand Cru vineyards, coupled with its chalky soil, enhances the Chardonnay’s mineral-infused, delicate taste profile.
Notably, this Champagne distinguishes itself with a lower pressure of 4.5 bars, as opposed to the conventional 6 bars. This results in a delicate effervescence and a creamier palate.
