This Paul Mas Valmont rosé is made in the Languedoc. Short maceration on skins produces a pale pink, dry wine that is perfect for any occasion. It shows some cherry, raspberry and strawberry characteristics and an elegant floral characteristic over a crisp, refreshing palate. Recalls fine Provençal pink wines in all but region (and price).
