Philippe et Vincent Jaboulet Crozes-Hermitage is a rich, fruity wine from the beloved Rhône region of France.
Domaine Jaboulet have been making wine in the Rhône region for six generations. The current winemakers are father-and-son team Philippe and Vincent. They produce wines from 30 hectares (75 acres) across several appellations, but always of outstanding quality. They are certified environmentally-friendly viticulturalists, and use no herbicides, insecticides or mechanical harvesting.
After harvesting, the grapes underwent three weeks of maceration followed by vinification, 50% in stainless steel and concrete with 50% in oak. It then aged in oak barrels for 18 months.
This wine displays great definition with some firm structure sitting under the vivid cherry and berry fruits.
