Pierre & Antonin Pet Nat Vigne Sauvage is a super-trendy rosé sparkling wine made without sulfites or additives in the South of France.

Vigne Sauvage is produced using the ancestral method, a process that has been practiced in the Limoux region for centuries. After very gentle pressing of the destemmed grapes, fermentation begins in stainless steel vats. The producers use indigenous yeasts, without the addition of any additives. When the perfect balance is reached, the wine is bottled with sufficient residual sugar to allow the second natural fermentation in the bottle.

Undisgorged, undosed, and without added sulfites, it retains its lees in suspension, which gives it a slightly cloudy texture and a unique aromatic richness. Its slightly veiled pale pink color testifies to its lively and authentic production.

Enjoy Pierre & Antonin Pet Nat Vigne Sauvage as a well-chilled aperitif. It also shines with delicately savoury appetisers like melon and cured ham salad, yuzu-marinated shrimp, or fried gyoza.

Producer’s Tasting Notes

Its nose reveals aromas of strawberries and small red fruits. On the palate, its fine, delicate bubbles highlight a tender, thirst-quenching texture. The finish is then long, dry and smooth. Like any living wine, it continues to evolve in the bottle and may contain a slight sediment.
