Andrew Quady has been making fortified wines from Muscat for a long time. This one is made from Black Muscat grapes that are allowed to macerate in the juice to impart some of their brilliant colour to the wine. It shows the most amazing aromas and flavours of roses, cherry and raspberry and is a wonderful accompaniment to blue cheese, red fruit and creamy desserts. It also makes the perfect cocktail ingredient.
