Andrew Quady has done pioneering work with the Orange Muscat grape. This variety is called “Orange Blossom Muscat” in Italy and shows intense orange, apricot and ripe pear characteristics. This wine is made (and named) to capture the essense of these fruit flavours and deliver them in a pure and concentrated form. This is a full-bodied, sweet wine with enough acidity to keep it form being cloying and to keep it light and clean on the palate. It is delicious paired with all kinds of desserts.
