Rémy Martin is one of France’s oldest cognac houses, founded in 1724, and blends tradition with innovation. Moreover, it is the only major cognac House specialises in the creation of Cognac Fine Champagne.
It is a bold, fresh and fruit-forward Cognac Fine Champagne from the masterful team at Rémy Martin. Developed through collaboration between winemaker, cellarmaster and distiller, the entire gamut of the Maison’s expertise appears in this subtle cognac.
Blended from aromatic eaux-de-vie, it displays notes of fresh tropical fruits. With an 84-proof blend, this cognac makes a fresh and bold first impression. Each eau-de-vie was aged separately in French oak casks to conserve the overall blend’s unique and subtle profile.
The trademark Rémy Martin style is evident in its smoothness. Extremely round, it coats the palate, punctuated by notes of spices and fresh, fleshy fruits like lychee, pineapple, fig and dried apricots. Liquorice and ginger appear on the finish, with Christmas cake spices lingering. It differs slightly in tone from other Rémy Martin cognacs.
