This Rose Rabbit Elderflower Liqueur is a small batch seasonal release from the Cardrona Distillery. It’s carefully handmade with the finest local New Zealand ingredients.
Every aspect of Cardrona’s products is of the highest quality, from the pure Cardrona Valley alpine water, the rich malted barley and the locally foraged ingredients to the hand picked oak casks from Spain and America. They designed their process around the deep single malt traditions, starting from scratch with malted barley to create a genuine artisan premium spirit. Their range of Rose Rabbit liqueurs elevate cocktails to new heights but can also stand alone.
Wild Central Otago elderflower, hand picked by the Cardrona team from New Zealand’s Southern Alps, has been married with their rich single malt spirit and whole lemon to make a delicately zesty spirit. This deliciously floral liqueur is a limited edition seasonal release. Distillers bottled it at a surprisingly robust 41.7% ABV.
Top Rose Rabbit Elderflower Liqueur with your favourite Champagne for the perfect Summer cocktail. Alternatively, sip neat with ice for an unusual digestif, or enjoy with soda water for a boozy elderflower cordial.
