Sipsmith sources ten botanicals from around the world. Macedonian juniper, Spanish liquorice root, Italian orris, and Bulgarian coriander all play a part. Each ingredient contributes depth, complexity, and balance to the final spirit.
Distillers steep the botanicals overnight before gently distilling the spirit the next day. This hands-on method unlocks maximum flavour and character. The result is a gin that respects tradition while standing out in today’s crowded market.
The nose leads with dry, aromatic juniper. Citrus zest, crushed coriander seed, and earthy spice quickly follow. A hint of floral sweetness adds finesse. On the palate, Sipsmith opens bright and fresh. Lemon peel, orange blossom, and warming spice build complexity without overpowering the core juniper.
